Advise the reservations agent that you're participating in the "NorthEast Insurance Technology Conference" to receive the

Air Travel:
If you are flying, use Bradley Airport in Hartford, CT; Logan Airport in Boston, MA; or Green Airport in Providence, RI.
Bradley is closest and most convenient (approximate 45 minute drive).
