Ebix.one fully supports Transactional Filing

Follow-ups are created automatically, and each user is reminded each time they log in.

Each csr is greeted by the open follow-ups on an account when the open the account.

A full list of followups can be accessed, sorted, and filtered, at all times.

Each agency defines the types of follow-ups (i.e. Mailed letter) and the Activity related to each. For example the activity could be "Call", or "Visit".

Users are easily trained and learn the explorer style interface to menus. This interface runs consistent for:

Ebix.one has a robust acord form engine based on the Lightpaper system.

Acord forms are integrated with the ebix.one system. TWO Way integration allows forms to be started on the desktop, or from ebix one. You do not have to be signed into ebix one just to do an acord form.

Enter Data With or Without the Acords.
Users have the option of entering data into the system via the ACORDS or directly into the ebix.one screens. This provides flexibility for the agency to embrace the method they are most comfortable with.

For New Business:
Acord forms may be used "outside" of ebix, then data imported later. Producers can capture information while working outside the office, then e-mail the acord to the office later. MGA's can have their brokers complete the acords, then import the submission. All saving thousands of keystrokes.

For Renewals:
Acords may be "checked out" of the system. This allows the form to be updated, and then imported back into ebix.one later.
