EbixASP PDC has been working with EBIX reviewing and prioritizing
the current Enhancements that have been requested by various
clients utilizing EbixASP. We are looking for additional users
to add their input and suggestions on making this management
system even better than it is now. Don't worry if you are
not live on EbixASP. You can participate if you are in the
middle of your training or conversion. If you are a current
Member of the Affiliated Network of EBIX Users (ANeU) and
you want the opportunity to review this list and participate
in this valuable Group. Please contact ANeU Headquarters at

Features List on Ebix Site
A lot has
occurred on EbixASP over the past year. Remember that EbixASP
can also be self-hosted (in your office) as an option to EBIX
hosting it on your behalf. It has reached a more mature level
of stability and features. Some of the major user interface
enhancements include:

VIN
lookup for autos entered. Enter the VIN and system will
find Year, Make and Model.

Client/Policy
Search directly from To Do entry screen

Most
Recent Visited Client/Policies can be accessed again from
To Do entry screen

Policy
list screen allows user to see the actual endorsement change
information by clicking on its version number. It displays

Rating
integration with Quoteworks, FSC and Priority Rating (DONE, also EzLynx)

New
Web Merge - allows documents to be created and grouped for
proposals, labels and envelopes. Access to almost every
field in database including user defined. Creates rtf file
types that most word processors can open. It is fast and
powerful!

IVANS
Transformation Station integration for all 6 inquiry functions.
Billing, Policy. Claims, Loss Runs, Make Payment and Company
website access. (Done, functions vary by carrier - calculate your saving start with the Real Time Study Guide)

Commercial Lines download for Business Auto, Work Comp,
BOP - other lines will follow the remainder of the year. (Before you begin - see the Commercial Lines Download Guide)

ACORD
WYSIWYG forms. We are working closely with ACORD to integrate
their fill in online forms. Currently we are the only vendor
working with ACORD. (in process 10/06)

Bi-directional
integration with UPAC Insurance Finance Company - updating
invoicing automatically. (Done)
